How do I book a course?

What happens after I book a training course?

Once we have received your booking confirmation, we will send joining instructions to you via email. This will contain the log in details to the learner portal, where you will be able to find a map, as well as further information on your course.

What happens if I can’t make the scheduled training course date?

Contact us as soon as you can and we can discuss alternative arrangements with you.

What do I do if I am unable to log into my account to make a booking?

What language is the training in?

All scheduled courses are held in English unless otherwise specified. Fluency in English is an essential requirement for attending courses.

When do I need to pay for the course?

Course Fees MUST be paid at least three weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Failure to make payment on time will result in an automatic cancellation. Full details can be found on the Terms and Conditions page of our website or training programme.

What is your complaints procedure?

In the event that you have been less than satisfied with our services please let us know. All complaints, suggestions and feedback and are given serious consideration. We will, of course, endeavour to resolve your complaint as a matter of urgency

Which requirements and prior knowledge do I need for participating in a training course?

Depending on which course you attend will depend on the prior knowledge – please refer to the various outlines to confirm pre-requisites. If unsure then please give us a call to talk through.

How much does a course cost?

Please ring for details as this depends – we take each enquiry on an individual basis and prepare individual quotes.

Do I get a certificate for completing a course?

Yes, certificates can be provided after the training – please request.

Do you offer live training courses, and do you have any training centers?

All our courses are either face to face or eLearning. We do operate from training centres as well as on your company premises.

Can you assess our knowledge before a course?

Absolutely and we certainly recommend this to ensure you get the best out of you with us. Please contact us and we can share our pre-training questionnaire to complete and return to us for assessment and recommendations.

What if I can’t find a course?

You can reach out to us by visiting our website and interact with our live chat support team. Our customer service representatives will assist you with all your queries. You can also send us an email with your query and our Subject Matter Experts / Sales Team will clarify your queries.

Can cancellations be made even after enrolling for the course?

You can cancel their course registration before the last date of submission to get their refund. However, no refund will be entertained if one chooses to cancel his/her course post the last date of registration.

You will get 50 per cent of the course fees in case they make cancellations prior to a week of the final date of enrolment. Cancellations made two days prior to the final date will only get 10 per cent of the total fees paid.
